This strength-based class, targets your glamour muscles: the booty, the arms and the abs. With fun music and high energy, you can condition, strengthen and tone some of the biggest muscle groups. All levels of participants are welcome.
A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercise with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently every class! Although our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun - but please be prepared for some high intensity training!
"10x Performance" is strength based performance enhancement program that teaches proper mechanics with heavier loads.. Our overall goal is to help you perform at maximum output for longer durations and improve your bodies recovery time. The first two days of training consist of technique and skills. The following 8 classes consists of ( 1 Hour) performance training immediately followed by a (15-20 minute OPTIONAL) open gym strength Workout to maximize your pump and Physique. This Program is designed for Intermediate/ advance Athletes that are eager to raise the bar!!
X fit is a workout program that is designed for individuals that are focused on building lean muscle mass while improving their physique and performance. Although we still incorporate cardio and lower body exercises; this class is very catored to upper body exercises and muscle groups especially the chest, back, shoulders and arms. Get ready for an amazing pump and chizzeld physique!!
This class is a high intensity beginners/intermediate level dance class with lots of current movements, mostly seen in music videos. Similar to Zumba, we put movements to a series of eight counts to different music, but with a hip hop twist! We've got music that ranges from urban hip-hop, dancehall reggae and even electronic pop! The class is a full hour class and is broken down into three sections: Warm-up, Dance, Cool off!
Warm-up: 5min warm-up, 5min Stretch
Dance: 30-35mins of different 8 counts to changing music!
Cool off: 10min stretch to loosen up the muscles.
This is a work out that will burn lots of calories and you'll have an awesome time! So come join us at the Elite Profile Fit Club for a dance night out!
